We are based in Johor Malaysia where all orders will be shipped out from.
Deliveries will be made by our logistic partners:-
1. DHL eCommerce
2. J&T Express
3. Pgeon/Teleport
4. Janio
5. TNT
Depending on the area of service.
All orders for ready stock items will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 working days once payment is received.
Note: There may be a delay in order processing during sale periods due to the increase in volume. We seek your patience and understanding – we're working as quickly as we can to get your orders to you!
When will my order arrive? How can I track my parcel?
The delivery time frame is as follows:-
Major states (Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Penang): 1-3 working days
The rest of WM: 2-5 working days
EM: 5-7 working days
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Please track your parcel to make sure that you're present when the delivery is being attempted.
In the case where you didn't receive an email, please:
1. Check your junk mail
2. Or simply login to your account where you can track
the status of your order including tracking number.
If that happens, please email us at ttoppsporty@gmail.com with your order number and we'll arrange for it to be redelivered once we've confirmed that the parcel has reached us.
Note: a redeliver fee will incur
(RM 8 for WM & RM15 for EM)
Please email us immediately after placing the order if you wish to make amendments to your mailing details. We can only accommodate your request if the order has yet to be processed. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the receiver's shipping details.
Standard shipping will be fulfilled by Teleport and should reach you within 5-7 working days.
Feel free to email us regarding any international orders and we'll be happy to accommodate your requests.
Note: additional international delivery fees will apply.
Please note your parcel may be subjected to custom charges upon delivery. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.

That includes delays due to custom clearance or failed delivery attempts by our logistic partners. In addition, we will not be held responsible in any unlikely event of lost parcels. All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
